How is this different from Upwork, Fiverr, or an agency?

On open marketplaces you get hundreds of unqualified applications to vet yourself. Agencies are slow and expensive. We sit in between: the speed and cost of a freelancer with the curation and accountability of an agency. If a freelancer falls short, we step in to swap or complete the work.

How much does it cost to post a brief?

Posting is completely free. No subscription, no registration fee, no obligation to hire after you receive your shortlist. You pay the freelancer or studio directly only once you choose to move forward.

Why are briefs kept anonymous during matching?

Anonymity protects both sides. It prevents back-channel solicitation and ensures evaluations are based purely on budget, capability, and portfolio quality. Once a match is confirmed and both parties want to proceed, we introduce you directly.

How are payments secured if a creative doesn't deliver?

All payments are held in escrow via Razorpay and released in milestones only after you approve each deliverable. If a creative fails to deliver, we resolve the bottleneck, swap the talent, or complete the work. If we can't deliver the agreed outcome, your escrowed funds are returned.
